Meet Pat Trowers-Johnson

Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

About Me...

I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years.  Much of that time was spent marketing treatments for chronic illnesses that have become all too common in our society.

There are no guarantees with our health, but it is clear that diet and exercise have a sizable impact on maintaining overall health.
More and more research supports the importance and inclusion of relaxation, rest, and spiritual well-being in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

"WholeHealthZone will work with you to develop a fitness and nutrition approach that will help you meet your wellness goals."

Our eating habits are often born out of love since food is the language of love in many families, particularly in the Black community. It can still be an important part of our "love language". I would never want to lose that. We can learn how to make it complementary to our health.

Over the years I have remained active and made exercise a regular part of my life; from group exercise, to dance, to working out at the gym.

About 10 years ago, I took that interest to a different level and began working with trainers and following a more detailed and fitness-based meal plan. I worked on changing my body with a more intentional approach to fitness and nutrition.  This led me to become more committed not only to my health but to the health of my community.

With WholeHealthZone, I am dedicated to helping others improve their overall health as we age, through regular exercise, nutrition coaching and health advocacy.

I strive to meet you where you are and help you achieve the health and wellness that works for you and improves your quality of life.  Let’s partner to find your sweet spot, and yes, we can figure out a way to eat sweets in moderation!

"It's important to find ways to prevent conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol that are affecting so many people -- increasingly at younger ages.
